| We will offer two sittings on Tuesday February 14th, 5:30pm and 8pm. The menu is 4 courses including an optional entree. The cost is $60 or $70 per person excluding tax and tip depending on the entree option chosen. Reservations are essential First Course Cup of Zucchini and Roasted Garlic Soup Mango Avocado Salad Second Course Beef Carpaccio – Thin slices of beef tenderloin topped with basil coulis, shallots, capers, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, black pepper and salt. Smoked Salmon – Slices of smoked salmon topped with a spoonful of sour cream and caviar. Served with lemon wedges and buttered rye bread Third Course ($60) Duck Breast with Honey Coriander Sauce – Sauteed Barbary duck breast topped with a honey coriander sauce. Served with stir-fried egg noodles, bell peppers and scallions. Salmon Fillet with Sesame Crust – Broiled salmon fillet crusted with toasted sesame seeds.
